Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using REGC Digital's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

REGC Digital provides digital marketing services exclusively for healthcare professionals, including but not limited to web design, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and Google Ads management.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your practice
• Comply with all healthcare advertising regulations
• Review and approve all marketing materials before publication
• Make timely payments for services rendered

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time projects require 50% upfront payment with the balance due upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced without forfeiting the deposit.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom content, designs, and materials created specifically for their practice. REGC Digital retains ownership of proprietary processes, tools, and methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

REGC Digital provides services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings or patient acquisition numbers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
